The scope of this project was to provide a solution for the mounting of pharma grade HMI monitors and ancillary electrical connections. The high end monitor had to be securely retained within a stainless steel enclosure to prevent damage and to allow easy transportation within the plant. Our design team, in conjunction with the engineering department of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility based in Dublin commissioned the initial scoping of the project to the final delivery. The client could not find an off the shelf solution to facilitate the requirement due to the size of the monitor being nonstandard. The application had to be completely hygienic to suit the stringent GMP environment.
